A socio-economic and environmental vulnerability assessment model with causal relationships in electric power supply chains

The electric power industry is uniquely vulnerable to natural and human-made risks such as disasters, climate change, cybersecurity. This study proposes a vulnerability assessment framework identify assess the associated with supply chain in United Kingdom causal relationship among them neutrosophic revised decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (NR-DEMATEL) method. We further introduce novel hesitant expert selection model (HESM) assist decision-makers weight determination. present case demonstrate applicability efficacy of proposed method this study. first comprehensive risk interdependence analysis Kingdom's chain. findings reveal disasters change are most crucial followed by industrial action, affordability, political instability, sabotage/terrorism.
